How and where do I download the Deep Rooted app from?
In the Google Playstore/iOS App Store, search for Deep Rooted (Clover Ventures Pvt. Ltd.). Depending on if it is Android or iOS, download the same and install. The app icon on the app store is shared below:
Is a sign-up mandatory?
You can browse through the entire content of the app but only users who login will be able to checkout and place orders. For sign-up
Step 1 – Enter your mobile number and click “Next”
Step 2 – Enter the OTP received via SMS and click “Verify”.

Post sign-in, ensure you have the right city selected. You will see the City options on the top right part of the screen.
We have tried to make it extremely easy for you. We’ve categorized our produce as Fruits, Indian Greens, Exotic Greens, Indian Staples and Exotic Staples. We’ve also added the Easy Cook Range and New Arrivals section for you to save time cooking and to easily check what has been added recently. Click “Add” and then increase quantity by clicking “+”. You’re now adding items to your Basket!
Go to your “Basket”, check if you’ve added everything and click “Select Address” at the bottom right corner of the screen. If there is no address listed, click “Add Address” and type in your full address. Remember, fresh produce will be delivered here.
What cities are you catering to?
We currently deliver to all pincodes of Bengaluru & Hyderabad city and a few pin codes in Secunderabad too! You can order uptil 11pm today for a next day morning delivery slot. We look forward to your order!
What are your payment methods?
Your convenience is important for us.You can pay for your order using any of the following methods:
- Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay)
- UPI – via PayTM, Google Pay etc.
- Paid on delivery (POD): to ensure a contactless & safe transaction, you could use payment options like Google Pay, PayTM etc. However, you could also pay our delivery executive in cash at the time of delivery. But, to minimize contact, please give the executive the exact amount or the order total rounded up to the nearest ten/hundred.
- Wallet: From time to time we have offers & promotions where you would be able to avail cashback credits to the wallet. You could also pay for orders using these credits. But cashback credits can be used individually or be paired with Online Payment option only. Partial payment with cashback credits and cash on delivery is currently not available.
Are there any offers or coupon codes? Where do I see them?
Please keep visiting our app regularly. Also do follow us on all social media platforms to keep yourself updated regarding offers / coupon codes.
While placing an order, at the checkout section, you can view all available coupons valid and apply the applicable or preferred coupon code.
I’m unable to “Apply” a coupon code I have received.

I have been facing refund / payment related issues. Whom do I contact?
We apologise in case we have slipped up on our own internal benchmark of processing a refund initiation within 24 hours of delivery or concern raised. Please contact us at customer care and we will help resolve this issue.
Where do I track my previous orders?
In our app, on the home screen, please click on “My Account”. Once on the “My Account’ screen, please click “Orders” - All your previous orders are listed here.Click any of them to see details!
I’m a vendor / supplier. How can I help?
This app/platform is only to consumer retail.
